Automatic Iris
for
ETC Source 4 Ellipsoidal Spotlight

Several
versions of the Auto-Iris are available.
Pneumatically
operated:
- Compact
design with a 100,000 cycle life expectancy. This model allows
the leco to pivot through its full swing within the yoke.
Perfect for intermittent type use, not
recommended for theme parks or other high duty cycle venues.
- Heavy duty
design with a high duty cycle life expectancy. This model
limits the swing of the leco within its yoke, but is designed with
the constant use of theme park applications in mind. The ETC
Iris will wear before the automatic device that controls
it.
Electrically
operated:
Options
available on both ac and dc models: constant or variable speed, constant
direction or reversible.
- 12vdc
design. Inexpensive design for intermittent or
"roadie" type use. Life expectancy of 2000 hours on the
motor.
- 110vac
design. Motor and mechanism designed to outlast the ETC Iris
they operate.
Both
pneumatically and electrically operated designs are available with DMX
control interface.
